What this website collects, what it doesn't, and how we handle what you send us.

Who We Are
This website is operated by Dunn and Ledger Business Tax LLC ("Dunn & Ledger," "we," "us"), a tax firm located at 3223 E Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89120. This policy covers information handled through dunnandledger.com. It does not cover the separate engagement terms that apply when you become a client.
What We Collect
- Contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type. The form is delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax documents, or sensitive financial details through the form — client documents are exchanged only through our secure client portal.
- Consultation booking. If you book a consultation through the embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and chosen time) under Calendly's privacy policy and shares them with us to hold the appointment.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
What We Don't Collect
This site has no user accounts and no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that gives us aggregate statistics — such as page views and load times — without cookies, device fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking; it does not identify individual visitors. We do not set cookies ourselves; the embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies that are essential to its own operation. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when a page loads.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you choose, scheduling and providing tax services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
How Long We Keep It
Messages and booking details are kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, as part of our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Service Providers
The third parties that touch website data are: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Calendly (consultation scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting and privacy-first web analytics), and Google Fonts (typefaces). Each processes only what its role requires, under its own privacy policy.
Your Choices

Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
